Following the successful first outing for the ASCAR Pontiac Grand Prix at the MIRA test track, the car made it's first 'public' appearance on track at Mallory Park.
The ASCAR team, along with test driver Mike Jordan, used the general test session to try some set up experiments with various springs and dampers and generally 'played' with the car. The morning test was also used to give prospective drivers and sponsors a taste of ASCAR and an insight into the ASCAR set-up.
The next test is planned for Donington Park in April, where it is hoped to have ASCAR's major sponsors in attendance.
