Rich Bickle, who raced in the premier Winston Cup series before setting up a Busch team, will drive in two rounds of the ASCAR 2001 championship.
It is anticipated that he will drive for Eclipse Motorsport in the two rounds that support the visiting CART championship in September. One race is at Rockingham Motor Speedway and the other takes place at the Euro Speedway Berlin the following week. ASCAR is confirmed as the major support race for the visiting single seater series.
